Yoga, Pilates, Core Strengthening and Stretching Classes
As an active member of our practice you are also entitled to participate in our Yoga and Pilates Classes at no cost. Kelly McCool, a nationally certified Yoga instructor and personal trainer leads the Yoga, while Alison Laundrie a nationally certified Pilates instructor leads the Pilates program.
With small class sizes allowing for individual attention, they are designed to teach our pracice members how to move, stretch, reduce stress, get fit and feel better.
