As an active member of our practice you are also entitled to participate in our Yoga, Pilates, Core Strengthening and Stretching Classes at no cost. Kelly McCool, a nationally certified Yoga instructor and personal trainer, leads the Yoga and core classes. While Robin Dobbe, a certified massage therapist, leads our stretching program. With small class sizes allowing for individual attention, they are designed to teach our pracice members how to move, stretch, reduce stress, get fit and feel better.
